My love of photography came about when I started work at the Manchester Evening News. I’d often work for photographers and news editors to get some photographs from the picture library - it started the journey.
I studied for 3 years at City College Manchester as a Graphic Designer, where part of my course was in Photography! Since then I’ve loved taking photos but never thought it would lead to anywhere.
Since 2019 I took it back up more seriously and have been featured in Cumbria Life, Tatler Magazine and with Landrover!

The best landscape photographers are truly committed to their art. They keep unusual hours to capture sunrises and sunsets. They trek long distances to secure a great setting. They consider the framing. They see the possibility of a great view when we just see humdrum clouds. And Jonny's work puts him in this category of great photographers.
